What We Bake
Bread
Ryan loves to bake bread – from sourdough, bagel, brioche to sandwich bread. Experimentation and innovation on flavours and techniques.
Cakes
Esther will not stop at one when it comes to baking cakes. She pursues perfection to every cake she bakes. Textures and flavours honed to perfection for each bake.
Local Delights
We don’t just bake. We cook as well. Esther and Ryan can whip up many delicious dishes.
Desserts
We cover all grounds. From tiramisu to mango pomelo sago, we have done it all.
Catering & Delivery
We hope to do so one day. In the meantime, we can only bake when we have free time.
